Magazine Assessment
We assessed this magazine and marked and graded it on its contents page and front cover, i gave this an overall B grade as it has multiple different text types and fonts to make it look more interesting, however the sell lines overlap the main image on the front cover when they don't need to making it look quite unprofessional. although it does contain the essential information such as a barcode an issue number and a date on the other hand the 'Infernal Blackout' text looks very cartoony and not very professional looking and does not fit in with the genre of the magazine. The images look very professional on both pages as the person looks like he fits in with the 'heavy metal' genre and on the contents page appropriate props such as guitars and drum sets are included in the images, there are a variety of different images which is also good. With all of these things taking into consideration i decided to grade it a B as it ticks a lot of the criteria, however makes quite a few mistakes missing out on that A grade.
